Thank You!

For all of those who helped Katie and I get our hands on the boat and associated gear we needed, thank you so much. It was really fun to do something different with all the generous gifts we received at our wedding.

Katie and I took the new boat on its maiden voyage down the Gunnison River on Sunday. We took it from the confluence of the Taylor and East Rivers, where the Gunnison starts, then down through Gunnison to McCabe's Lane. We were accompanied by friends Bryan and Chris in Bryan's inflatable canoe, "Tippy." It was a beautiful adventure and the new boat was super sweet. Now, who is going to come out for a float? May is the best time around here - sorry for the short notice!
